Reporting to a dedicated Medical Director of Pediatric Forensic Services, the Pediatric Forensic Child Diagnostic Nurse Practitioner NP will be supported by a friendly team of nurses and a diverse network of healthcare professionals including child abuse pediatricians, SANE-certified clinicians, social workers, behavioral health specialists, radiology and laboratory experts, and legal liaisons. The Pediatric Forensic Child Diagnostic Nurse Practitioner NP will conduct comprehensive forensic medical and diagnostic evaluations, order and interpret labs and imaging, ensure meticulous photodocumentation and chain-of-custody, collaborate in multidisciplinary case reviews, provide expert testimony as needed, contribute to quality improvement and staff education, and participate in an equitable call rotation—empowered by robust mentorship and streamlined workflows.
