Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Payments Technical Project Manager for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Banking clients in Auburn Hills, MI or Frisco, TX . Hybrid schedule 2x weekly on-site

Responsibilities :

• Familiarity with Agile and Lean frameworks
• Expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements
• Ability to translate business needs and functional specifications into detailed use cases, epics, and user stories, including acceptance criteria
• Skilled in designing systems and system integrations based on project requirements
• Hands-on experience with all stages of testing within the software development lifecycle, including writing and executing test plans and cases
• Competent in providing resource estimates and quantifying project requirements
• Effective collaboration with development teams and stakeholders to drive project success

Required Skills :

• Prior experience with FedNow and NexPay
• Experience with API
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT roles within business environments
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management implementing new processes within banking
• Proven track record of contributing to medium-to-high complexity projects or systems for 8+ year
• Ability to build relationships across the enterprise
• Excellent communication skills
