Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and valued throughout their treatment process.
  • Advocate for patient needs with the team to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
  • Educate patients about treatment processes, dental health options, and preventative practices.
  • Facilitate communication between patients, family members, and dental staff to ensure clarity and understanding of treatments and outcomes.
  • Manage patient case documentation, maintain accurate records, and follow up on patient interactions to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

Qualifications :

  • Experience in patient advocacy, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dental Assisting Experience is required
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient privacy and ethical conduct.
