Job Description:

a21 is seeking a full-time Partnership Fulfillment team member with a passion for the events industry to join our team! The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in the events industry, as well as experience managing client/vendor relationships. This position offers tremendous growth opportunities with a full-service event management, sponsorship, and marketing agency that specializes in culinary, arts, sports, and entertainment. We are open to candidates in Miami, NYC, Chicago, Houston, or Dallas.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage brand partnerships from start to finish to various a21 clients & events
• Lead a21 events assigned from partnership side ensuring sales & fulfillment are sticking to timeline and all deliverables.
• Take lead on sponsor calls managing agendas, deliverables and ensure all aspects of their agreement are fulfilled.
• Handle office administrative duties, such as organization, google docs, etc.
• Have great communication skills, be professional, and be able to multi-task. Take lead and ask questions, be the owner of your position.
• Maintain and follow event/partnership planning timelines.
• Create fact sheets, information decks, etc. for partnership management.
• Work closely with the sales & and operations team on partnership fulfillment including but not limited to communicating vital information about the event to vendors and exhibitors, compiling rental, printing, and disposable orders, cataloging event website updates, etc.
• Help execute on-site event setup and day of execution of partner’s participation, overall event layout, registration, and much more.
