Location : Carlsbad, CA

Hours : Part-Time (15-20hrs per week)

Salary : Hourly

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers stoked. You’ll handle incoming and outgoing shipments, manage inventory, and ensure our premium performance gear gets out the door accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, efficient, and thrives in an active environment.

Daily Functions :

• Fulfill orders from Shopify
• Fold and put away returns
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Maintain warehouse organization
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness
• Receive incoming shipments and cross reference PO’s
• Count and organize incoming purchase orders

Requirements :

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (25-50lbs)
• Attention to detail for counting, cross checking and packing orders
• Preferred but not required to have Shopify experience
• Interest in endurance sports is a big plus (but not required)!



• Are familiar with cycling, triathlon, or running gear
• Have experience in e-commerce fulfillment or shipping platforms (e.g., Shopify)
• Can flex your schedule during peak seasons or event weekends
