AMI Paris is seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Associate to join our Melrose team. In collaboration with the Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and fostering customer loyalty through the following responsibilities:

Customer Relations

Your mission is to immerse our customers in the world of AMI Paris by delivering a distinctive and memorable shopping experience.

• Greet customers with warmth, friendliness, and the signature AMI spirit.
• Listen attentively to customers’ needs, offering tailored assistance through exceptional service.
• Build lasting relationships based on trust to foster customer loyalty.
• Achieve both personal and team sales targets.

Stock Management

• Oversee stock management, including goods reception, inventory updates, restocking requests, and transfers.
• Ensure efficient organization and availability of merchandise.

Visual Merchandising

• Maintain a well-presented and inviting store environment by ensuring products are displayed attractively and the premises are clean.
• Contribute actively to the creation and rotation of the store’s visual merchandising displays.

Required Profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury and/or designer retail.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and team-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong dedication to customer service, consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
• A keen interest in fashion, with a solid understanding of current trends and the luxury market.
