Part-Time Nanny for Energetic Toddler and Infant in Concord, MA

Hourly Rate: $28-$32 per hour Schedule: Wednesdays & Thursdays, 9am - 5pm
Guaranteed hours every week
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Through mid-May 2025

A warm and busy family is seeking a part-time nanny to care primarily for their 16-month-old daughter and occasionally assist with their newborn son. The mother is currently on maternity leave until April and primarily focuses on the newborn, while the nanny will be responsible for engaging and enriching activities with the toddler. The toddler is an active and curious child who enjoys outdoor adventures, art projects, and hands-on activities. Ideal candidate can create a fun, stimulating, and nurturing environment while managing daily routines and planning activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care for the toddler, focusing on engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
• Take the toddler to local activities and outings using the family-provided car.
• Occasionally assist with caring for the newborn as needed.
• Perform light household duties, such as tidying play areas and assisting with child-related tasks.

Qualifications:

• Able to plan creative and developmentally appropriate activities for a curious toddler.
• Experience working with both toddlers and newborns.
• Capable of managing the day’s schedule and performing light household tasks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Provide 3-5 professional references.
