Job Description

Our client, a non-profit, is looking for a Part-Time Executive Assistant to support two executives. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a team with a great mission!

This role starts asap and will last for about 5 months.

Location: Downtown Manhattan

Hours : Monday/Tuesday/Thursday, 10am - 6pm

*Fully Onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate travel and itineraries
  • Compose email correspondence
  • Assist with research
  • Setting up Zoom meetings
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to self-motivate and work with limited supervision
  • Exceptionally strong skills working in Google Suite and Slack
