PARK MAINTENANCE CHIEF III – GOLD FIELDS DISTRICT / FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT / GOLD FIELDS DISTRICT OFFICE

The reporting location for this position is the Gold Fields District Office in Folsom, CA. This position will work under the direction of the District Superintendent.

This position is responsible for the supervision and management of the district-wide Maintenance Program. The successful candidate will coordinate and manage the district-wide Heavy Equipment Program and the Facility Compliance Review Program. The Park Maintenance Chief III will also participate in the district budgeting of equipment programs and other programs such as Category II and Deferred Maintenance funding. The incumbent will oversee, and coordinate training needs of the maintenance staff based on individual and operational needs, as well as individual goals. This person will oversee and maintain procedures and functions for Facility Housekeeping, Resource Management, Real Property Management and Equipment Maintenance.
