Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable OSI PI Support Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with OSI soft PI modules and will provide support for various PI systems, ensuring data integrity, system performance, and user satisfaction.
This role involves working closely with our clients in the HEP (Hydrocarbon Processing), Refineries, and other industrial sectors to optimize their use of PI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert support for OSI PI modules including PI - HEP, PI - Refineries, PI AF, PI Business Integrator, PI Datalink, PI HEP - AF, PI HEP - Datalink, PI HEP - Vision, and PI Vision.
Monitor and maintain the performance of PI systems to ensure optimal operation and data accuracy.
Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to PI data collection, storage, and reporting.
Work with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions using PI technologies.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and user guides.
Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding and usage of PI systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PI systems with other business applications.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in PI technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience with OSI soft PI systems and modules listed above.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with industrial processesand

Preferred Skills

Experience with PI System architecture and design.
Knowledge of PI System security best practices.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
Experience with SQL databases and reporting tools.
