Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable OSI PI Support Analyst to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with OSI soft PI modules and will provide support for various PI systems, ensuring data integrity, system performance, and user satisfaction.
• This role involves working closely with our clients in the HEP (Hydrocarbon Processing), Refineries, and other industrial sectors to optimize their use of PI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for OSI PI modules including PI - HEP, PI - Refineries, PI AF, PI Business Integrator, PI Datalink, PI HEP - AF, PI HEP - Datalink, PI HEP - Vision, and PI Vision.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of PI systems to ensure optimal operation and data accuracy.
• Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to PI data collection, storage, and reporting.
• Work with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions using PI technologies.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and user guides.
• Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding and usage of PI systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PI systems with other business applications.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in PI technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience with OSI soft PI systems and modules listed above.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with industrial processesand

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PI System architecture and design.
• Knowledge of PI System security best practices.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
• Experience with SQL databases and reporting tools.
