Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment and possesses strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation and compliance requirements are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for new employees, addressing questions and providing support throughout the onboarding journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Recruiters, HR and hiring managers, to coordinate onboarding schedules and ensure a positive experience for new hires.
• Manage high-volume onboarding operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in onboarding preferably within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with HR systems, onboarding software, and compliance standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
