Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a contract position offering part-time hours, where you will play a key role in maintaining efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking and will contribute to a smooth workflow by handling various administrative and receptionist tasks. Responsibilities: - Provide attentive receptionist services by answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately. - Organize and scan documents to ensure accurate record-keeping and easy accessibility. - Perform general clerical tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. - Support office staff in day-to-day operations to maintain productivity. - Maintain a neat and organized workspace, ensuring supplies are adequately stocked. - Assist in handling scheduling and calendar management for team members. - Prepare basic reports and compile necessary documentation as needed. - Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. Requirements - Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Proficiency in using office equipment, including scanners and phones. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Familiarity with basic computer software, such as Microsoft Office Suite. - Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
