Emerging Tech is proud to partner with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in St. Louis, MO, to recruit skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapists. Join our team and help veterans regain their independence, improve their quality of life, and achieve their personal goals through innovative and personalized care.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate veterans’ physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to determine their functional needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve daily living skills, mobility, and overall independence.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, including adaptive equipment training, sensory integration, and cognitive rehabilitation.
• Educate veterans and their families on strategies for managing disabilities, improving safety, and enhancing participation in meaningful activities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic and coordinated care for veterans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and advancements in occupational therapy.

What You'll Bring:

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice occupational therapy in Missouri.
• 1+ years of clinical experience, preferably in rehabilitation, mental health, or geriatric settings.
• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, practices, and interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with veterans and their families.
• Compassion, patience, and a deep commitment to serving those who have served our country.
• Certification in specialized areas (e.g., SIPT, NBCOT, or hand therapy) is a plus but not required.
