Registered Nurse- Nurse Director Perioperative Services

A financially stable and lucrative hospital system current Nurse Director is retiring . The hospital has 14 Operating rooms, with a large supportive leadership team established. Surgical procedures consist of General, ENT, Plastics, Thoracic, Neurology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Urology, GYN.

• Leadership: This position as a lot of support in place, previous Director cultivated a great work environment! Director has support from an Operating Room Nurse Manager tenure for 4yrs, 4 Assistant Nurse Managers including one on evenings and one on night shift, Team leads for each speciality and a Nurse Educator for perioperative services. All work together as a cohesive team.

Requirements---

• Registered Nurse that has a Valid nursing license.
• Recent Experience in Operating Room for at least 3 years.
• Leadership experience for 2yrs or more as Nurse manager or Director role in Perioperative Services.
