Role: Real Estate Associate

• Deal with cases involving ownership disputes, financing issues, lender litigation, boundary disputes, and trust and estate litigation—handled across probate court, civil court, and occasionally bankruptcy court.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of real estate law experience

• Proven litigation experience, including drafting complaints and taking depositions.

• Licensed in California
