Join an established hospital laboratory in Anderson, SC, where professional development, teamwork, and a healthy work environment are at the heart of our culture. We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT) and Medical Technologists (MT) to perform high-quality laboratory testing that directly impacts patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and analyze laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, and immunology .
• Ensure quality control, troubleshoot instrumentation, and verify test results for accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with CLIA, CAP, and hospital policies .
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow lab professionals to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Participate in continued education and professional growth initiatives within the laboratory.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff and students.

Qualifications:

For MLT:

• Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
• ASCP (MLT) certification required.

For MT:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
• ASCP (MT/MLS) certification required.

Compensation:

• MLT (Associate’s + ASCP Certification): Starting at $21.50/hr
• MT (Bachelor’s + ASCP Certification): Starting at $28.25/hr
• Shift Differentials Available
• Relocation Assistance Provided

Shifts Available:

• Days - Thursday to Sunday, 12hr shifts
• Nights and Evenings – Monday to Friday, 12-hour shifts, Weekends, or 8 days on / 6 days off schedule
