Our continued success depends on a great team that works well together to deliver our mission of an Always On Client Experience. We are seeking an MSP Project Coordinator assist in specifying projects and oversee their execution, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across all engagements. The ideal candidate will combine a thorough and broad knowledge of current SMB technology, strong administrative and communication abilities, and MSP project experience. This is an on-site opportunity in Pittsburgh, PA.

What you'll do:

• Oversee the client project lifecycle: onboarding, planning, execution, and closure
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Support teams to ensure smooth handoffs and effective communication
• Ensure projects are documented thoroughly and accurately in the PSA tool
• Set, track, and report on performance KPIs
• Act as a point of escalation for project-related client concerns
• Facilitate client meetings and participate in project scoping and review sessions
• Help to specify optimal client technology solutions

Skills you'll need:

• Strong understanding of common SMB technologies such as: Windows Server products, VMware/Hyper-V, SAN technology, Microsoft 365, networking, backup, and cloud solutions
• 3+ years of IT project experience (at an MSP strongly preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Hands-on familiarity with PSA and RMM tools (e.g., ConnectWise,?N-Able)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Project Management certification (PMP, ITIL, Project+) preferred
• Experience with EOS/Traction methodology preferred
• Familiarity with NIST/CMMC or other compliance frameworks preferred
