Objective: Deliver a fully optimized and integrated M2M ERP platform that enhances data accuracy, eliminates redundant systems, and supports alignment with the product configurator project driving improved operational efficiency and end-to-end process visibility. Job Description: Position Summary: The Project Manager M2M ERP Upgrade & Product Configurator Integration will lead the end-to-end execution of an M2M ERP optimization and reconfiguration initiative designed to streamline operations, eliminate manual workarounds, and enhance overall system efficiency. The initiative focuses on expanding the organization s use of M2M to strengthen item master management, routings, costing, pricing, planning, and production scheduling. This role will also align closely with the ongoing product configurator initiative to ensure consistent data structures, process integration, and shared system logic. The Project Manager will coordinate all technical and business workstreams, manage dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of a modernized and fully integrated M2M environment that supports future growth and improved data integrity. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all phases of the M2M ERP upgrade and reconfiguration project, from planning through go-live and post-implementation stabilization. Oversee the gap analysis process to identify system inefficiencies, process gaps, and areas for expanded use of native M2M functionality. Partner with business and technical teams to design and implement optimized configurations for item masters, routings, costing, and production scheduling. Align M2M improvements with the product configurator initiative, ensuring seamless integration of data and processes across both projects. Develop and maintain the master project plan, tracking milestones, deliverables, risks, and interdependencies. Facilitate collaboration among business process owners in operations, engineering, supply chain, and finance. Manage data cleansing, validation, and migration activities related to master and transactional data. Coordinate testing cycles (UAT/SIT), cutover planning, and user readiness for M2M deployment. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide structured reporting to project sponsors and executive leadership. Support organizational change management and training activities to promote system adoption and process compliance. Required Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of ERP project management experience, preferably involving M2M or similar manufacturing ERP systems . Proven success managing ERP upgrades, reconfigurations, or data migration initiatives. Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, routings, and costing. Excellent organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and cross-vendor teams in complex, multi-phase projects. Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent. PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Preferred Skills: Experience with M2M ERP system configuration, optimization, or data migration. Familiarity with product configuration tools and their integration within ERP environments. Understanding of data governance, item master design, and manufacturing scheduling principles. Experience leading ERP modernization or digital transformation efforts in manufacturing organizations.
