Job Description: NA Merchandising Lead Merchant – Women’s NSW Apparel

As a Lead Merchant , you will report to the Merchandising Director for Women’s NSW Apparel and oversee the Fleece & Tees category, managing everything from line planning to day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead seasonal line planning and product assortments
• Be the voice of the North American women’s consumer
• Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams including Planning, Sales, Brand, and Product Creation
• Present strategic briefs and assortment plans to Global partners
• Align product and pricing strategies across marketplaces
• Manage seasonal merchandising tools (VLPs, AV systems, MIA coordination)

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in Merchandising, Buying, Marketplace, or Product Management
• Deep understanding of women’s fashion and trend dynamics
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools, especially Excel and Keynote
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced retail or apparel environment
