TeamHealth is excited to present an exceptional leadership opportunity for an emergency medicine (EM) physician to become the facility medical director at Kadlec Regional Medical Center and its freestanding emergency department in beautiful Richland, Washington.
About Kadlec Regional Medical Center: - Level II Trauma Center with a fully staffed team of ABEM-certified physicians
- 38-bed emergency department with an annual patient volume of 58,000
- Patient flow of 2.0 patients per hour and an admission rate of 20%
- Equipped with scribes to support efficient and thorough documentation
- EPIC EMR for seamless integration and data management
Your Role: - Provide both clinical and administrative leadership for emergency medicine services
- Opportunity to partner with our assistant facility medical director, ensuring collaborative and effective leadership
- Oversee and mentor a team of physicians and advanced practice clinicians
- Develop and sustain relationships with physicians, hospital administration, and staff
- Participate in key hospital and TeamHealth meetings to shape clinical strategies and workflows
- Collaborate with TeamHealth and Kadlec leadership to ensure the highest standards of care
Qualifications: - ABEM/ABOEM certified
- A minimum of three years of leadership experience (5-10 years preferred)
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to inspire and lead teams in a dynamic healthcare environment
Compensation and Benefits We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits designed to support your success: competitive hourly rate ranging from $250/hour to $275/hour, plus additional monthly director stipend and quarterly performance bonuses. You have the option to choose between employed or independent contractor status.
