Medicaid Billing Coordinator – Queens, NY

On-site | Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Full-Time | Competitive Pay (DOE)

We’re seeking an experienced Medicaid Billing Coordinator to join our team in Queens, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Medicaid billing and a keen eye for accuracy, compliance, and detail.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and collect weekly Medicaid billing submissions
• Review and process billing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with NY State regulations
• Maintain organized, secure storage of all Medicaid billing records
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely submissions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Medicaid billing experience
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid regulations and billing procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in billing software and MS Office
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
