We have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Service Sales Representative located in Rochester, MN .
How you will contribute:
The primary role of this position is selling our HVAC and Plumbing preventative maintenance agreements, project work to our owner direct customers, quoting deficiencies and prospecting new customers to grow our market share. Showcase your negotiation skills as you introduce a customer to Ahern’s large and diverse portfolio of service and construction offerings. This position covers Rochester and surrounding Southern Minnesota communities. You will demonstrate your ability to anticipate customers’ needs and develop a sales strategy to meet their expectations while developing and maintaining a positive ongoing customer relationship.
What you need to qualify:
Ideal candidate should possess a minimum of two years HVAC related experience, general sales experience or combined education and experience equivalent. You should enjoy selling, have strong interpersonal skills, be independent and also work well in a collaborative team environment, be resilient and detail oriented. Candidate must possess excellent communication soft skills, customer service skills, attention to detail and strength in planning and organization.
