What You'll Do:

• Collaborate closely with your manager to build expertise in selected functions and integrate with your team
• Attend team meetings, assist with departmental tasks, and network across the company
• Create social media content.
• Support SKU creation and maintenance, as well as manage Point of Sale Materials Inventory
• Participate in event planning and execution
• Working cross-functionally with R&D and sales.
• Conduct industry research on competitors and assist in sales reporting for product launches
• Engage in professional development activities, speaker series, and social programming events designed specifically for summer interns
• Develop and present a business-focused project to senior leadership

Requirements:

• Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college, pursuing a bachelor’s degree or recent graduate. 
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities
• Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment
• A passion for cosmetics and the beauty industry, with a keen interest in staying current on industry trends
