We’re looking for a part time Marketing Manager who shares our enthusiasm for health, wellness, and fitness to join our team and help drive our marketing efforts forward.

As Tangelo Health’s Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead in creating, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that elevate our brand and connect with our clients. This part-time role is perfect for a skilled marketer with a passion for wellness, a creative mindset, and the ability to work independently.

• Content Creation: Design, produce, and manage high-quality digital content, including images, graphics, and videos that align with our brand and mission.
• Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and grow our online community.
• Email Marketing: Craft compelling email campaigns to engage existing clients, attract new ones, and encourage referrals.
• Website Management: Publish and update content on our WordPress website, ensuring it remains fresh, modern, and on-brand.
• Paid Media: Assist with planning, launching, and optimizing paid social media campaigns to drive awareness and client acquisition.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of campaigns across all platforms and provide actionable insights to improve results.
• Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice across all marketing channels.
• Collaboration: Partner with the Tangelo team to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer needs.

• Passion for health, wellness, fitness, and helping others thrive.
• 3+ years of experience in a marketing role with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in digital content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software).
• Experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), and website publishing (WordPress).
• Knowledge of paid media campaigns, especially paid social, is a strong plus.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Must be able to travel to Tangelo’s Green Lake and West Seattle locations at least twice monthly
