Position Overview:

Marketing Manager that is experienced and dynamic to lead company marketing efforts across all product segments. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in marketing, a deep understanding of the tire industry,

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership :

Ÿ Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives across all tire product segments.

Ÿ Drive innovation and identify emerging market trends to ensure the company's products remain competitive and relevant.

2. Brand Management:

Ÿ Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all product lines.

Ÿ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance the brand's reputation and equity.

3. Product Marketing:

Ÿ Lead the creation and execution of product launch strategies for new tire models, including market positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional plans.

Ÿ Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to understand product features and benefits, translating technical details into customer-facing messaging.

4. Market Research and Analysis:

Ÿ Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape, utilizing insights to drive marketing strategies

Ÿ Monitor market trends and consumer behavior, making recommendations for adjustments to marketing strategies as needed.

5. Marketing Communications:

Ÿ Lead the creation of compelling marketing collateral, advertising materials promotional content that resonate with target audiences.

Ÿ Manage public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and crisis communication strategies.

6. Budgeting and ROI Analysis:

Ÿ Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI.

Ÿ Regularly analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on key performance indicators and business objectives.

Qualifications:

Ÿ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Ÿ 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in tire manufacturing industry.

Ÿ Proven success in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.

Ÿ Strong understanding of the tire industry, market trends, and customer preferences.

Ÿ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Ÿ Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, including social media and content marketing.

Ÿ Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights to make strategic decisions.

Ÿ Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.

Ÿ Willingness to travel frequently and occasionally internationally.
