Contract role- 18 Months
Location- Addison TX (4 days in office Mon-Thurs)

Payrate- $30-33/hr on W2

JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is the central point of contact for a small strategic communications team with internal clients consisting of creative teams, account management and internal clients. Role ensures that all direct selling email campaigns, sales challenges/promotions, video projects, product launch and event logistics and registration information is disseminated to the appropriate audience without delay. Ensures all projects run smoothly, completed on time, and within budget. An ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, possess great listening skills, able to follow directions, flexible and able to pivot quickly. Professional appearance with strong project management and client management skills. You must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be proficient in Workfront, familiarity with Salesforce.com and be able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
· Track and monitor project progress, identifying potential delays or bottlenecks and communicating it to the appropriate campaign manager.
· Escalates issues and resolves project roadblocks to ensure deadlines are met.
· Manage and maintain project timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of deadlines/issues.
· Manages projects with budgetary guidelines.
· Oversee the scheduling/routing of all materials, from initial request to delivery.
· Primary liaison between campaign team and internal departments including but not limited to creative, digital, social, communications.
· Build key partnerships and relationships across the company.
· Communicate creative feedback between project owners to the design and copy teams or legal– confirming revisions were implemented.
· Lead brief meetings if the campaign manager is unavailable.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
· Task allocation: Distribute job assignments within Workfront and monitor progress.
· Serves as true partner to clients by learning their business to achieve successful results with campaigns.
Requirements:
· Proficiency with project management software (Workfront), familiarity with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Suite
· Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to find solutions quickly.
· Collaborative mindset with high diplomatic skills
· Creative Advertising Agency/Marketing background, a plus
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
· Assertive and results oriented using good judgement.
· Can effectively lead projects to completion and summarize outcomes and next step action plans.
· Work on-site 32 hours per week at global headquarters 8 hours remote on Fridays.
· Assignment commitment for up to 18 months.
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree, in the communications, advertising, marketing industry.
· Experience in marketing/advertising/public relations, a plus
· Strong project management experience.
· Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
· Account Management experience.
· Budget experience.
