Our Opportunity

North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for an Operator to join our team. We have openings on all shifts. The ideal candidate will perform the primary process or final assembly of manufactured parts as a team member in the production of exterior automotive lighting products.

Your Priorities

Loads and unloads materials or parts from production machinery as part of the molding or coating process, or assembles processed parts into finished lighting products.

Performs quality review prior to, during, and after the process, separating out bad parts.

Keeps work area clean, swept and free of dust, and maintains good 6S' within the department.

Ensures that the scrap basket is emptied in regular intervals.

Assists department personnel in clean-up operations and machine changes.

Locates and brings processed parts to work station for loading when the material handler or technician is unavailable to do so.

Your Background

High School Diploma or GED, plus 0 - 2 years of related experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Starting Rate: $19.50
