*Hourly rate - $42.00 [$15.50 taxable | $26.50 non-taxable]
*OT rate - $54.60
*Weekly Gross - $1,680.00 [$620.00 taxable | $1,060.00 stipend]
*13 - week assignment
*Shift 8 hour shift
Day/evening rotations
Day/night rotations
*40 hours per week/5 shifts
Requirements:
*Minimum 2 years of LPN experience required
*1 year of LTC experience required
*Travel experience required
*NY state license required
*AHA BLS required
