*OT rate - $53.30
*Weekly Gross - $1,476.00 [$558.00 taxable | $918.00 stipend]
*13 - week assignment
*Shift 12 hour shift
Day shift
Night shift
*36 hours per week/3 shifts
Requirements:
*Minimum 2 years of LPN experience required
*1 year of LTC experience required
*Travel experience required
*NY state license required
*AHA BLS required
