Join our Behavioral Health team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), utilizing a team-based approach to patient care in a fun and supportive work environment.

Varied 12-hour day or night shifts and every third weekend in a block schedule, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts based on scheduling needs. Differentials and premiums apply for nights, weekends, and call pay.
Flex positions receive an additional 5% of base wage and qualify for full-time benefits. Benefits include health, dental, vision and life insurance, short- and long-term disability, a 401(k) with match, and paid time off

Qualifications
Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing program leading to licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Associate's degree in practical nursing is preferred. Specific services/positions may have additional education, training or experience requirements.
Requires current licensure as a practical nurse in the state/states of practice.
