Litigation Paralegal – Global Law Firm | Chicago

Are you a junior litigation paralegal looking for an opportunity to grow within a prestigious global law firm? Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive litigation paralegal with 2+ years of experience to join their dynamic team in Chicago.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, from case inception to trial and appeal.
• Organize and manage large-scale document collections and discovery materials.
• Bluebook, cite-check, and proofread court filings and legal memos.
• Monitor court dockets and maintain case files.
• Coordinate eDiscovery and work with litigation support teams.
• Prepare deposition notices, subpoenas, and witness materials.
• Draft pleadings and motions, organize exhibits, and handle e-filing.
• Support trial preparation and potentially attend trial.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with litigation support software (Relativity, Adobe Acrobat Pro preferred).
• Knowledge of electronic filing procedures in state and federal courts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed.
