Our client, a prestigious, full-service law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate for their Labor & Employment group.
Responsibilities will include:
-Defending clients on various employment issues, including wage-and-hour, discrimination, and retaliation lawsuits
-Advising clients on employment issues; conducting workplace trainings
The ideal candidate will have:
-Active CA bar, in good standing
-2-5 years of litigation experience
-Excellent academic credentials
-Strong research & analytical skills

Position is remote (requires office/court appearances on very rare occasion)
Salary: low $200K range + bonuses
Billable hours: 1800s (includes pro-bono work)
