Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Litigation Attorney to join their team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with the benefits of in-office collaboration. The ideal candidate will have experience in business litigation, employment law, securities, and intellectual property. An interest in learning other areas of litigation is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload in various areas of litigation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and provide top-notch legal representation.
• Participate in networking events and other firm-related activities.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in litigation.
• Strong background in business litigation, employment law, securities, and intellectual property.
• Eagerness to learn and expand expertise in other areas of litigation.
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
