We’re seeking a motivated Light Industrial Recruiter to join our corporate recruiting team based in Phoenix, AZ . In this role, you'll play a key part in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent for our light industrial workforce across multiple sites. This is a fast-paced, high-impact position ideal for someone who thrives in a people-first environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with internal hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
• Source and screen candidates for various light industrial roles (e.g., warehouse, assembly, forklift, etc.)
• Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and facilitate offers and onboarding
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship building
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Collaborate with HR and operations teams to meet hiring goals and timelines

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in light industrial staffing
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage high-volume requisitions and meet hiring deadlines
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
• Comfortable working 100% onsite at our Phoenix corporate office
