Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits.

What You'll Do:

• Work one-on-one with individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their goals.
• Conduct thoughtful assessments to understand clients' needs and craft personalized treatment plans.
• Foster a safe and supportive space for clients to share openly.
• Maintain detailed records to track progress and guide ongoing therapy.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Support clients in moments of crisis with empathy and actionable solutions.

Requirements

Who You Are:

• You hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a valid LMFT license.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
• You thrive in both independent and team environments.
