Location: Onsite in Portland, OR

Pay Rate: $20 - $25 per hour DOE

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Temporary contract

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Leasing Assistant & Assistant Community Manager for our property in Portland, OR. This role requires a professional with prior property management experience, preferably with exposure to Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) or Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the leasing process, including showing units, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
• Support the Community Manager in daily operations and management of the property.
• Address tenant concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC or HUD regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management activities.

Qualifications:

• Prior property management experience is required.
• Exposure to LIHTC or HUD programs is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and tenants with professionalism.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
