The Role:

We’re on the hunt for a Lead Videographer & Photographer to join our ambitious, fast-paced team. This is more than a role—it’s a chance to make your mark in an industry ripe for revolution. Key Responsibilities:

🎥 Own the Content Journey : From pre-production (creative briefs, storyboarding, shot lists) to directing, shooting, and post-production.

📸 Capture Excellence : Deliver jaw-dropping food and product photography and captivating videos that exude brand personality.

🚀 Innovate in a Startup Environment : Think fast, adapt faster. Whether it’s a one-man production or collaborating with a team, you’ll bring ideas to life under tight deadlines.

📲 Understand Attention : Stay ahead of trends in viral storytelling , creating scroll-stopping social content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

🧠 Be Obsessed with Consumer Psychology : Dive deep into how stories resonate, convert, and delight audiences in different stages of awareness.
