Role Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to manage the full field execution of ground-up multifamily construction projects . This is a key leadership position responsible for maintaining schedule, safety, and quality from mobilization through final turnover.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily site operations on large-scale, ground-up multifamily developments
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, equipment, and inspections to ensure workflow and compliance
• Maintain strict adherence to construction documents, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Oversee vertical construction including structural systems, MEP installation, and interior finishes
• Serve as the primary field point of contact for project managers, ownership, and city officials
• Drive schedule milestones, manage logistics, and support timely unit turnovers

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in multifamily ground-up construction
• Expertise with wood frame, concrete, and steel structures
• Strong command of site logistics, sequencing, and subcontractor management
• Proficient with field management tools like Procore or similar
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
