The position requires advanced diagnostic and repair expertise in HVAC systems and the ability to manage projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, pumps, air handling units (AHUs), and refrigerant systems.
• Lead and coordinate service and project operations from planning through execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Maintain professional and solution-oriented communication to address service concerns and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with dispatch, service teams, and project staff to optimize scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow for efficient project delivery.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to service technicians on system installations, start-ups, troubleshooting, and performance testing while fostering a safety-conscious and team-oriented environment.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on HVAC field experience in the commercial mechanical construction industry.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing service teams and overseeing complex commercial HVAC projects.
• Expertise in commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, AHUs, VAV systems, and associated plumbing and piping systems.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Proven local and stable work history within the HVAC industry.
