Due to our continued growth in Columbus, we are currently seeking a Land Development Project Manager.

The Land Development Project Manager position responsible for:

  • achieving lot delivery goals (cost, quality and schedule) for assigned projects.
  • managing all aspects of residential land development including conducting due diligence, evaluating site conditions, working with municipalities & reviewing agencies, and overseeing public and private utility contractors, site contractors & landscape contractors.
  • supporting the creation of the site development budget and required internal reporting and documentation for all land development projects.

Job Requirements

  • College Degree with focus on Civil Engineering, Construction Management or knowledge gained through work experience.
  • Five years of experience in land development in the residential home-building industry.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive between work sites.
  • Experience with site development and engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience reading engineering plans.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to leverage relationships.
