Why this job – Junior Project Manager:

A growing restoration construction company in Belgrade is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the business owner to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients while leading a team to deliver projects on time and within budget. You’ll play a key part in coordinating efforts, solving problems, and ensuring each project is completed with quality and care.

What You'll Actually Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, customers, and key partners
• Ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality
• Help people rebuild by delivering meaningful results that restore homes, businesses, and peace of mind
• Lead with empathy, set clear expectations, and continually seek improvement in process and performance
• Celebrate project milestones with tradespeople, homeowners, and your Paul Davis teammates
• Drive operational success by achieving targets for Sales, Gross Margin, and Customer Experience
• Review and approve budgets and work orders before project kickoff
• Monitor key performance metrics and report results in bi-weekly GS&R meetings
• Ensure all work complies with safety, industry, and regulatory standards
• Engage with your local community through events and partnerships
• Build a strong B2B and customer network by delivering value and service excellence
• Collaborate with vendors and tradespeople to strengthen partnerships and improve project outcomes
• Manage your time and responsibilities with autonomy, once trained and equipped
• Commit to ongoing learning and professional development to sharpen your leadership and technical skills

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

• Experience in construction, reconstruction, or trades
• Strong computer skills and comfort with cloud-based software
• Proven leadership abilities and a passion for team development
• Committed to continuous learning and professional growth
• Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills
• College degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Ability to build trust, listen actively, and guide teams to successful outcomes
• Physically able to perform site visits, including lifting up to 50 lbs and using PPE when needed

Where and How Much:

• Target Compensation $68-78K plus commission (typically 20-40K annually)
• No cap on commissions
• Competitive benefits packages
• Onsite in Belgrade Office
