What You’ll Do

As a Junior Project Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering IT initiatives that drive business value. From gathering requirements to coordinating across technical teams and vendors, you'll be hands-on throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage small to mid-size IT projects with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements.
• Document processes and support process improvement initiatives.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets using PM tools.
• Facilitate meetings, status updates, and communication across departments.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors or contractors as needed.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience managing IT projects in corporate or cross-functional settings.
• Experience with business analysis , including requirements gathering and process documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you're just as comfortable talking to engineers as you are to executives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office , SharePoint , and SmartSheets .
• Bonus points for:
• Experience working with third-party vendors or contractors .
