TDP Bakery is now seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to join our Technology team.

This formerly small family business has expanded rapidly over the past five years but still maintains the benefits of a close-knit culture and entrepreneurial spirit. Our combined bakeries manufacture millions of fresh bakery items every week, and our distribution teams drive enough miles each day to circle the earth to ensure that our consumers can enjoy something truly fresh.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on React.js development to help build and maintain our web applications. This position will involve working on both the front-end and back-end, with a strong emphasis on React.js for creating dynamic, responsive user interfaces. You will be part of a collaborative team, converting business requirements into technical solutions, and adhering to best practices in development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain both the front-end and back-end components of web applications.
• Utilize React.js and its associated tools (e.g., Redux , Flux , Webpack , Enzyme ) for creating dynamic, scalable user interfaces.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable front-end code with strong expertise in JavaScript , CSS , and HTML .
• Work with backend technologies such as C# , ASP.NET , Entity Framework , LINQ , and SQL to ensure full-stack application functionality.
• Convert business requirements into technical solutions and implement them efficiently.
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate and enhance application features.
• Participate in the Agile development process, following Scrum methodologies.
• Follow best practices for React development, ensuring high-quality code that adheres to design patterns.
• Work with Azure DevOps , including CI/CD pipelines , for build and release management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in software development, with at least 1 year focused on React.js development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies, including JavaScript , CSS , HTML , and React.js .
• Comprehensive understanding of React concepts and tools such as Redux , Flux , Webpack , and Enzyme .
• Experience with back-end technologies including C# , ASP.NET , Entity Framework , LINQ , and SQL .
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Scrum .
• Proven expertise in React development, following best practices and design patterns.
• Experience with Azure DevOps , and working with CI/CD build and release pipelines .

Preferred Skills (a plus):

• Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha).
• Experience with cloud platforms, such as Azure or AWS .
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks beyond React, like Vue.js or Angular .

• Occasional on-call or after-hours support may be required for troubleshooting or urgent development tasks.
