Our client, a well known jeweler in Dallas, is looking to add a dynamic Jewelry Sales Associate to their team.

Role: Jewelry Sales Associate

Location: Dallas, TX

Type: Permanent, Direct Hire, On-Site

Hours: Full-Time Hours

Schedule : Varied Weekday/Weekend

Rate: Up to $21/hr dependent on experience

Role Overview:

As a Jewelry Sales Associate, you will guide customers through the full lifecycle of the sale via engaging platforms such as in-person and virtual appointments, phone calls, or live chat.

What You’ll Do:

• Utilize sales strategies and product knowledge to guide customers through multiple purchasing decisions via appointments and walk-in consultations, creating memorable and personalized experiences.
• Manage a high volume of incoming sales leads via email, live chat, and phone to achieve individual revenue targets, while providing a luxury customer experience.
• Greet, check in, and assist customers during the purchasing process to create a warm, one-on-one experience.
• Conduct post-sale appointments to assist with pick-ups, exchanges, resizing, and other inquiries.
• Call customers to confirm showroom appointments and answer any pre-appointment questions.
• Enforce showroom policies to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests and maintain product security.
• Open and/or close the showroom and waiting area.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, sharing the mission of promoting a more sustainable, transparent, and compassionate jewelry industry.
