Firm: 40B+ Hedge Fund
Location: Stamford, CT
Hybrid: 3 days in the office
Base: 120-165k + bonus (pending background/experience)
Experience: 5-10 years
Position: Sr. Investor Services/ Investor Operations Associate
Role and Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities include:
• Becoming a subject matter expert on the firm's investor base and needs
• Onboarding of new investors
• Daily interaction with the Business Development and Investor Relations team for any client requests/ needs
• Ownership of the capital activity (subscriptions and redemptions) along with necessary transfers that apply
• Coordinate and manage investor documentation
• Review reconciliation of capital activity
• Participate in new fund launches
• Creating and maintaining internal reporting for both internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with any process improvement, and cross-department projects to enhance customer service and efficiency
• Manage the internal CRM portal/ database
• Train new hires
Skills and Requirements
• 5- 10 years of relevant experience at an alternative investment firm (preferred) or fund administrator
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree with exemplary grades
• Strong work ethic and can-do attitude
• Ability to work in the U.S. with no restrictions (no VISA/ H1B sponsorships)
