As a bolt intern…

You will have the opportunity to gain on-the-job experience and training while managing your own project. You will be embedded in a team working alongside some of our best subject-matter-experts (SMEs). You will also be supported by our intern program which offers a structured learning experience.

You will be working with the U.S. bolt Marketing Team located in downtown Austin, in our offices at 301 Congress Ave. Suite 1200. This internship offers hands-on experience across Design & Branding, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, and Product Marketing . You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, enhance brand presence, and contribute innovative ideas that drive business growth.

You will be exposed to…

Design & Branding:

• Assist in developing visual assets for digital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics, presentations, and promotional content.
• Support brand consistency across all platforms by adhering to established brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the broader team to brainstorm before executing creative concepts for marketing campaigns.

Performance Marketing:

• Support the company’s participation in key industry events to enhance brand awareness and thought leadership, and drive demand generation and lead capture.
• Assist in the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns (e.g., social media ads, pay-per-click ads).
• Analyze campaign KPIs and generate insights to improve ROI.
• Conduct competitive research and identify new opportunities for growth.

Content Marketing:

• Help create and manage content for blogs, social media, email marketing, and other channels.
• Research industry trends and audience insights to support content development and ensure alignment with target demographics. .
• Assist in tracking content performance and suggesting areas for improvement.

Product Marketing:

• Collaborate with the product team to understand product features and translate them into customer-centric messaging.
• Support go-to-market strategies for product launches, including developing marketing collateral.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning.

What we are looking for…

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in marketing across multiple disciplines (branding, performance, content, product).
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with a basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude.
