Job Overview

KI is seeking an organized and proactive Installation Coordinator to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Green Bay, WI. This role is crucial in supporting all aspects of our furniture installation projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate quotes for installation projects.
• Schedule and manage new installations and go backs.
• Order replacement products as needed.
• Communicate with customers and installers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction

What you Need to Succeed

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.

The salary range for this position is $22-27/hour but could differentiate from this scale based on the candidate's skillset, years of experience, and/or education.
