Our HVAC Apprentices will be taught all the Heating and Air Conditioning skills they need in our state-of-the-art apprenticeship building! No prior experience needed and all that is required is a willingness to learn.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Background and drug screen
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to perform tasks with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Educate customers about equipment in their home and offer products, and enhancements to better their lives and homes
• Maintain and repair heating and air equipment
• Learn and embrace sales processes.
• Enroll in your sales training curriculum and complete required training lessons.
• Execute strategy and debrief calls with your sales manager
• Complete full home inspection
• Coordinate with office for daily calls
• Maintain company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out
• Maintain a professional image
• Following safety policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
