🔹 Program Manager

📍 Upper Saddle River, NJ | 💼 Full-Time | 🕐 Onsite (9/80 schedule)

Are you a driven professional passionate about leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products? We’re looking for a Program Manager III to manage multiple high-tech development and production programs from ideation through lifecycle support.

🌟 What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage programs across engineering, operations, finance, and planning functions.
• Own full program lifecycle — scope, schedule, budget, quality — with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Oversee proposal development and RFP responses including schedules, estimates, compliance matrices, and bid documentation.
• Act as the key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and present program KPIs and critical path updates to leadership.
• Manage program budgets and ensure profitability.
• Perform subcontract management, internal audits, and process improvement initiatives.

✅ What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years leading technical product development programs.
• Strong background in Aerospace, Defense, or Satellite Communications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional projects.
• US Citizenship required (security clearance eligibility).

💡 Preferred:

• Advanced degree or PMP certification.
• Experience in government contracts (FAR, DFAR), EVMS, and program reporting.
• Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Confluence, SharePoint.
• Experience managing multi-site programs and subcontractors.
