Our stylists are W2 employees with guaranteed hourly pay and steady tips. Our team members make up to $30-$35 per hour of total income. We also have a 401(k) and 2 different medical insurance plans - benefits that are very rare in this industry.

Licensed Hair Stylist/Cosmetologist Benefits:

Licensed Hair Stylist/Cosmetologist Qualifications:

• Valid TX Cosmetology License
• Outstanding Customer Service skills
• Team Player
• Skill to listen and understand what the customer wants.

Licensed Hair Stylist/Cosmetologist Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Provide quality haircuts, in a timely matter, in a fast-paced environment.
• Learn and use the 5 Steps to Customer Care with every customer to ensure that they return to our salon.
• Follow all state board regulations for safety and sanitation. This includes helping with daily salon cleaning tasks.
